    Twins Kelly and Coco Miller have each signed two-year deals with the Atlanta Dream, giving them their first opportunity to play together professionally.     The Phoenix Mercury have signed free-agent power forward Ashley Paris to a training camp contract. The defending WNBA champions announced the deal on Friday without disclosing terms.     The Minnesota Lynx have signed veteran forward Hamchetou Maiga-Ba (HAHM’-shah-too MY’-gah-bah). Maiga-Ba’s addition was announced Wednesday.
