When the WSOP starts this summer ESPN has a few new tricks to use when providing the coverage. ESPN has traditionally covered the televised portion of the World Series of Poker. Now they will add daily coverage of the event, rather than picking out individual events to highlight. The live poker will be shown with just a 30 minute delay to prevent any cheating by those watching in the form of colluding with active players. This added coverage will double the number of hours that poker players will get to enjoy the show on ESPN.
